**Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily activities in accordance with the Production Plan. * Assign tasks and lead the team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation. * Monitor productivity, process cycle times, losses, and waste. * Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications, GMPs, and legal requirements. * Ensure adherence to internal standards, safety protocols, use of PPE, and 5S principles. * Supervise production lines, intervening promptly to prevent delays or deviations. * Control consumption of raw materials, supplies, and packaging. * Monitor machinery and equipment, requesting maintenance as needed. * Organize staff schedules, leave days, vacations, and reassignments. * Complete, validate, and ensure traceability of reports, work orders, and performance indicators. * Support audits and investigate deviations, proposing and tracking corrective actions. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities and participate in Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and SOP standardization projects. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Production Supervisor; * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Strong organizational skills and discipline in executing routines and checklists; * Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts; * Solid knowledge of industrial processes and machine operation; * Capability to train and guide teams; * Residence in Paulista or nearby region. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM * **Salary:** BRL 4,500.00 + meal allowance of BRL 24.50 (per working day) + transportation allowance (BRL 300.00 monthly) Employment Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 90 days Compensation: BRL 4,000.00 – BRL 4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
