




Job Summary: Supervises and guides the maintenance team, conducts inspections, diagnoses failures, and implements continuous improvements to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities to identify needs for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Diagnose technical failures and coordinate repairs to ensure rapid and effective problem resolution. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations, and internal policies. * Prepare, analyze, and monitor technical reports, maintenance KPIs, and operational records. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost reduction. * Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers, monitoring contracts, deadlines, and delivery quality. * Participate in planning meetings, contributing technical and operational insights. * Monitor execution of maintenance projects, improvements, and scheduled shutdowns. * Ensure maintenance records, work orders, and technical histories are up-to-date, organized, and traceable. * Anticipate operational issues and propose solutions or adjustments to planning to ensure uninterrupted service. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education and a technical course in refrigeration, mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently pursuing one in refrigeration, mechanics, electromechanics, management, or related fields. Experience leading maintenance teams and planning preventive and corrective maintenance, along with knowledge of PMOC (Preventive Maintenance Program), performance indicators (KPIs), and maintenance management systems, is a plus.
