Or, as we like to say: BENTELER makes it happen! **Tooling Team Leader** Work Location: Goiana \- PE Reporting To: Operations \& Tooling Manager **PREREQUISITES** * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or industrial-related fields. * SAP (Modules: Procurement; EAM PM; Inventory Control MRP) * Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Control; * Basic CAD knowledge (Solidworks, Catia) * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams * English desirable **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate daily tooling operations, managing work methods and defining priorities for your team. * Supervise the tooling team, ensuring all project schedules and deadlines are met, and develop tooling procedures. * Optimize resources, including labor, materials, and manufacturing equipment. * Analyze and diagnose problems and failures, coordinating corrective actions to prevent excessive downtime and avoid disrupting production schedules. * Support engineering personnel by providing technical data for production method applications and tooling cost estimates. * Ensure organization and documentation of physical and digital records (manuals, drawings, technical reports, certifications). **"BENTELER promotes diversity!** **At BENTELER, we view diversity in nationalities and cultures as an opportunity.
