Description: About the position: We are looking for a Process Specialist - Injection to join our team. The professional will be responsible for optimizing and ensuring the efficiency of injection processes, guaranteeing product quality and continuous improvement of operations. Main responsibilities:* Analyze and optimize injection processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. * Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the injection department. * Conduct technical training for the team, promoting best practices and safety. * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure process compliance. * Participate in continuous improvement and technological innovation projects related to injection. Mandatory requirements:* Technical or higher education degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Proven experience in injection processes, preferably in plastic or metallurgical industries. * Knowledge of process analysis, quality control, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). * Ability to work in a team and effective communication skills. * Analytical ability for problem solving and decision making.
