Develop Engineering and Architecture projects, from needs assessment studies to the definition of specifications, procedures, and technical documents for the implementation of real estate developments, in alignment with strategic objectives regarding the use of technologies, innovation, technical performance, deadlines, costs, and in compliance with current technical standards. Develop land subdivision projects for submission to the city hall for authorization of parcel splits. Participate in meetings with city hall departments to receive requirements regarding subdivision projects. Adapt subdivision projects to meet city hall's requested specifications. Design and refine legally approved projects already authorized by management (complement and finalize projects for legal approval). Conduct field surveys and extract diagnostics. Develop executive projects after city hall approval. Specify materials according to performance standards. Provide support to engineering in developing complementary project designs for developments (earthworks, drainage, sanitary-hydraulic, landscaping, topographic, georeferencing, and others). Supervise ongoing construction works by preparing photographic reports. Manage operational activities of the department by analyzing requests from direct supervisors and delegating tasks to the team with defined deadlines. Monitor the implementation of new technologies. Prepare material specification books (materials to be used in construction according to performance standards). Develop owner's manuals containing specifications, information, and technical maintenance guidelines delivered to property owners. Prepare descriptive memorandums for developed projects. Develop quantity spreadsheets for developments. Perform and delegate printing and plotting requests from management and/or construction sites. Participate in departmental meetings for task understanding, compilation of indicators and results, goal setting, and other knowledge sharing. Perform project and As\-Built reviews when requested by the project coordination. Participate in meetings with outsourced designers for executive project coordination. Commitment to agreed and established deadlines with project coordination. Possess skills with BIM and REVIT.
