We are looking for an **Engineering Assistant** to support technical and administrative activities of the engineering team, contributing to the smooth execution of projects and construction works. This is an essential role to ensure organization, control, and operational support on a daily basis. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the manager in monitoring construction works and projects; * Assist in preparing and organizing technical documents (drawings, reports, measurements, schedules); * Conduct material takeoffs and quantity surveys; * Monitor deadlines, costs, and activities as directed by the technical team; * Support quality and workplace safety control; * Assist in communication among construction sites, offices, and suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings; * Familiarity with Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with the Sienge system will be considered a plus; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities. **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Remunerated Incentive Program for Physical Activity; * Total Pass For nearly 30 years, Grupo Baptista Leal has been building dreams and delivering homes.
