Monitor progress across all phases (masonry, plumbing, electrical, finishing), inspecting work quality. Control usage of materials, equipment, and supplies; manage inventory and schedule. Interpret project drawings and report issues/progress to engineers and architects, serving as the liaison between management and the field team. Implement and supervise occupational health and safety regulations (NRs) and environmental standards, protecting workers and the site. Read and interpret technical drawings. Control proper use of materials and equipment. Manage schedule and production flow. Prepare basic technical documentation. Schedule staff leave and equipment maintenance. Implement preventive and corrective actions.
