Focus on risk reduction and efficiency gains **Job Objective:** Strategically and operationally coordinate the HR Payroll Department, driving the **modernization, standardization, and automation of HR payroll processes**, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and reduction of labor-related risks within a large-scale, decentralized organizational environment with a predominantly operational workforce. **Work Context** * Mixed-capital company with approximately **6\.000 employees**; * Strong presence of **operational workforce (85%)**, operating in a decentralized manner across multiple support locations; * HR payroll processes predominantly **manual** (time tracking, payroll, vacation management, and recordkeeping); * Need for **restructuring, digitalization, and governance** of labor-related routines. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate all **HR Payroll routines**, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation as well as internal policies. * Lead the **transition from manual controls to automated systems**, particularly for time tracking, payroll processing, and vacation management. * Structure and standardize HR payroll processes for **decentralized operations**, ensuring data consistency and traceability. * Serve as the technical reference for **eSocial**, including periodic and non-periodic events, ensuring data consistency and risk mitigation. * Coordinate **payroll processing**, validating entries, allowances, overtime hours, absences, and statutory contributions. * Implement HR payroll controls and KPIs (absenteeism, overtime, time-tracking inconsistencies, labor liabilities). * Collaborate closely with HR, Occupational Health & Safety (SESMT), Legal, and operational departments. * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical justification. * Contribute to building a **culture of compliance, predictability, and efficiency** in people management. **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Administration, Law, Accounting, Human Resources**, or related fields. * **In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation**, especially in operationally intensive environments. * Proven experience in **HR Payroll departments of companies with over 1\.000 employees**. * Experience working in **decentralized structures**, with multiple work sites and working-hour control. * **Proficiency in the following routines:** * Time tracking (manual and electronic); * Payroll processing; * Vacation and leave management; * Labor and social security statutory contributions; * eSocial. * Ability to critically analyze data and identify labor-related risks. **Desirable Knowledge and Experience** * Experience in **public sector companies, mixed-capital enterprises, or major urban service concessionaires**. * Experience in **HR payroll system implementation or migration projects**. * Knowledge of **People Management ERP systems**, preferably **Senior Sistemas (DTec)** or equivalent solutions. * Experience in unionized environments with significant collective bargaining agreements and conventions. **Expected Behavioral Competencies** * Strong **sense of responsibility and professional ethics**. * **Organized, process-oriented, and structuring profile**. * Ability to operate under pressure and in highly complex environments. * Clear and technically sound communication skills, with capacity to interact effectively with operational and executive departments. * Firm yet collaborative stance to lead cultural change initiatives. * Systemic vision and focus on **risk reduction and efficiency gains**.
