"Position also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals" **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop conceptual engineering and industrial layouts, defining technical solutions aligned with operational needs and the pet food production process. * Review and validate third-party projects, technical memoranda, scopes, and specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with corporate standards. * Master production line technologies and equipment (extruders, dryers, mills, coaters, packaging systems, etc.), proposing improvements and standardizations. * Participate in on-site project execution and monitoring, ensuring technical compliance, assembly quality, safety, and scope fulfillment. * Support coordinators in CAPEX project management, including scope definition, technical interface, risk analysis, cost estimation, and scheduling. * Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, SSMA, Quality, Procurement, and suppliers to develop integrated, technically robust solutions. * Contribute to feasibility studies, technology selection, and appropriate equipment definition for production processes and facility requirements. Promote continuous improvement in production processes by identifying optimization, efficiency, safety, and reliability opportunities. * Ensure sound engineering practices, compliance with regulations, industrial safety standards, and regulatory requirements. * Document lessons learned, propose practice standardization, and support the technical evolution of plants and corporate projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automation Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: MBA in Project Management or related areas. Technical Knowledge and Tools * Preferred knowledge of industrial processes and technologies applied to pet food production (extrusion, drying, grinding, coating, packaging, bulk material handling, etc.). * Ability to develop and review conceptual projects, layouts, technical memoranda, process flow diagrams, P\&IDs, and technical specifications. * Familiarity with managing multidisciplinary projects involving civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering. * Proficiency in project tools: AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI. * Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as PMBOK.
