We are looking for a candidate to work in the areas of Quality, Projects, and Business Intelligence, with a focus on dashboard management, database handling, and project indicators, as well as support for technical and managerial meetings. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage project dashboards for Goiana, including updating milestones and reviews according to schedule/timing changes; * Schedule hard point meetings, program stopper meetings, and proofreading sessions; * Manage final proofreading files and commercialization agreements in DocInfo; * Manage databases and reports in Power BI for Orange items “under monitoring” post-SOPM across projects; * Manage databases and develop Power BI analyses for comparing key KPIs across projects during milestone transitions (consolidation of Lessons Learned); * Manage and support preparation of presentations for Quality Product Meetings; * Monitor project progress through Model Meetings; * Prepare and distribute minutes of technical and managerial meetings; * Monitor implementation of Running Change items post-SOPM. **Requirements:** Requirements: We expect you to have: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Administration; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and concepts; * English; * Spanish; * Teamwork skills; * Proactivity; * Clear and effective communication. The following will be considered advantageous: * Experience with defined indicators and deadlines; * Experience with objective targets.
