Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). Interpret architectural and structural project drawings. Supervise construction progress, verifying work execution and quality. Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards. Monitor the construction schedule, guaranteeing deadline adherence. Serve as the liaison between the workforce and technical supervisors (engineers, architects). Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Position based in Paulista / PE.
