Responsibilities: * Manage and analyze consortium products, ensuring proper execution of processes and policies. * Provide administrative support to operations, including tracking orders, contracts, and KPIs. * Conduct training sessions and visits to franchises, ensuring alignment of practices and processes. * Support the development of supporting materials and promotional campaigns targeting the product. * Update and maintain internal systems and product-related reports. * Collaborate with other departments to improve administrative processes and procedures. Requirements: * Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably related to consortium products. * Solid understanding of consortium products and their regulations. * Proficiency in: (Excel, CRM systems). * Willingness to travel for franchise support and training.
