After all, it's 100% Brazilian and made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Deliver TPM Introduction Training, Step 01, 02 and Step 03 training to new employees; * Conduct TPM audits/consultancies, mentoring, and field diagnostics according to predefined schedules, and jointly develop action plans with the area regarding identified gaps; * Update reports on demand for the TPM Manual, Handbook, and managerial documents and presentations; * Analyze opportunities versus execution quality (Routine Management/Governance Map); * Responsible for training and enabling the 5S methodology; * Participate in 5S promotion and awareness events across company departments; * Develop theoretical and practical materials for pillar and GIGAS training; * Serve as a member of the Secretariat, providing support to Corporate and Local TPM Pillars; * Participate in continuous improvement projects, aiming at reducing losses. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge in applying TPM methodology, 5S, Routine Management (GEROT), problem analysis and solving, developing work instructions, updating documents, and process standardization; * Advantageous to have TPM Facilitator Certification, Green or Yellow Belt Certification; * Availability to work in Itapissuma\-PE. **Worth mentioning:** Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM\. **Additional information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Dining facility: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children's kit for your kids. * PPR \- Profit Sharing Program. * Payroll-deducted loan. * Study grant. * Educary \- Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 salaries. * Gym Benefit (Wellhub). * Shuttle bus service.
