




* Conduct mapping, segmentation, and analysis of existing categories and markets, as well as new opportunities. * Analyze open sell-in results by category, subcategory, SKU, region, and channel, evaluating customer profiles (highest growth and biggest declines) to identify business risks and opportunities. * Analyze sell-out results using Nielsen and Scanntech tools, assessing key KPIs: volume share, value share, numerical and weighted distribution, average price, among others, understanding market variation and performance breakdown by major players, evaluated by channel and region. * Develop commercial scenarios to support managerial and executive decision-making in achieving optimal results. **Responsibilities and duties** * Consolidate and analyze market data (Nielsen, Scanntech, customers, BI, etc.), generating performance reports and dashboards (volume, value, share, price, DN, DP). * Create market potential models and performance analyses by customer, channel, state, category, and brand. * Build and automate dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.) tailored for the area. * Monitor competitor behavior (product launches, pricing, campaigns, and product range). * Support planning of point-of-sale executions, promotional campaigns, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategies. * Track execution KPIs: promoter coverage, Check\-in / out, stockouts, Ideal Mix, various surveys, etc. * Collaborate with the sales team to guide tactical actions based on data insights. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; * Desired knowledge of Nielsen, Scanntech, Mercanet, and Power BI; **Additional information** * Medical and dental insurance; * Cafeteria; * Family Kit; * WellHub; * PPR and other group benefits.
