**Job Description:**

Main Responsibilities: Dispense medications according to medical prescriptions and current legislation; Provide pharmaceutical counseling to customers regarding proper use, drug interactions, and medication precautions; Ensure compliance with Good Pharmaceutical Practices and health surveillance regulations; Assume technical responsibility for the pharmacy during assigned shifts; Perform medication control and verification, including psychotropic and controlled substances; Monitor expiration dates, storage conditions, and product organization; Support pharmaceutical care activities, clinical services, and health campaigns; Manage documents, records, and routines required by regulatory agencies; Support the customer service team to promote ethical, humanized, and high-quality service; Uphold company values, internal policies, and standards.
**Essential Requirements:**

Completed undergraduate degree
Desirable experience in customer service (not mandatory)
