Organized, professional, and collaborative work environment Agro Divel, a New Holland dealership and a reference in Santa Catarina's agribusiness sector, is seeking a Workshop Services Coordinator to work at its Concórdia – SC branch. This professional will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and ensuring excellence in workshop service execution, guaranteeing productivity, technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a strategic position with strong interaction among the technical team, administrative department, and customers. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate workshop routines, ensuring proper service workflow from work order issuance through final delivery to the customer. * Plan, assign, and monitor technical team activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Monitor workshop performance indicators (productivity, rework, delivery time, revenue, and customer satisfaction). * Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal processes, safety regulations, and dealership and New Holland brand policies. * Serve as liaison between the workshop, parts department, administrative area, and sales department, ensuring alignment and process efficiency. * Support customer service in complex technical situations, complaints, or negotiations regarding deadlines and services. * Manage work orders, labor hour tracking, service billing, and parts consumption. * Promote training, technical guidance, and continuous development of the workshop team. * Ensure workshop workplace organization, cleanliness, and proper operation. **Requirements** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in fields such as Mechanics, Engineering, Administration, Process Management, or related areas. * Prior experience in coordinating or leading workshop, maintenance, or technical service teams. * Experience managing work orders, deadline control, service billing, and operational performance indicators. * Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interact effectively with teams and customers. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management systems. * Availability for on-site work at the Rio do Sul – SC branch. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in agricultural machinery dealerships, heavy equipment, or agribusiness-related companies. * Technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and New Holland line equipment. * Experience with workshop performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. **What We Offer** * Continuous technical and management training aligned with the New Holland brand. * Comprehensive technical, administrative, and operational support structure. * Market-competitive remuneration commensurate with the role’s level of responsibility. * Structured career development plan with real growth opportunities. * Organized, professional, and collaborative work environment.
