About the Position **Required Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Pedagogy, or Physical Education. Preference given to candidates with specialization in Assistance, Social Project Development; Management; Social Education; or related fields. **Requirements and Preferences:** Experience working in assistance institutions and/or services serving diverse populations: children, adults, and seniors. Experience organizing and executing small-, medium-, and large-scale events. Commitment to community-based initiatives. Experience developing social projects, including planning, monitoring, and managing outcomes. Valid driver's license (Class B). **Description:** Develop, organize, implement, and evaluate—according to established norms and procedures—activities related to the Assistance area, technical work, and projects linked to the field of practice, ensuring technical support and supervision for instructors, teachers, volunteers, and other partners. Engage in partnership acquisition, establishment, and management, as well as mediation and communication with parents, students, volunteers, and work teams. Organize and execute events, plan local activity programming, implement social projects, and supervise local implementation of activities. Coordinate and develop targeted and systematic programming aligned with the interests and needs of the served community, following norms and procedures for Community Development and Assistance activities. Represent the institution at meetings, working groups, and/or study groups when requested. Manage project expenses and other budget items; Plan, organize, monitor, evaluate results, and track indicators for projects under responsibility related to Community Development activities, as needed. Maintain systematic records of implemented actions and prepare various reports and documents as directed by the responsible technical department.
