Job Summary: SEST SENAT is seeking an Instructor (Young Apprentice) to deliver classes and facilitate students' learning process in professional development. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts Professional Development activities THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering classes to youth or adults in the following curriculum components: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, People Management, Administration and/or Finance. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents submitted will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if CTPS registration uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
