They must ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of performed tests, while working across various healthcare fields, including microbiology, hematology, and immunology. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science with an active CRBM registration Responsibilities: Perform and analyze clinical tests across various fields, such as hematology, biochemistry, immunology, microbiology, and parasitology, ensuring result accuracy and quality; Analyze and interpret test results, issuing detailed and clear technical reports; Assist in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with required standards; Stay updated on new laboratory techniques and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement of processes and outcomes; Ensure all activities comply with biosafety regulations, safeguarding staff integrity and workplace safety.
