Job Summary: An operational professional to conduct R&S processes, plan and manage development programs, conduct exit interviews, and monitor organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor organizational climate and talent retention **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:58 PM with a 1-hour and 10-minute break, Monday to Friday. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Receive requests for job openings and align with managers on position requirements and profile; * Conduct the Recruitment and Selection process, including candidate interviews, tests, and/or behavioral assessments; * Prepare evaluation reports for selected candidates, including observations and recommendations regarding candidate suitability for the position, and forward them to the requesting department; * Contact candidates who were not selected in the selection process and provide constructive feedback; * Participate in planning and managing the Succession and Career Program, including promotion, registration, assessment of applicants, and follow-up on related activities; * Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for departure and evaluate the former employee’s experience at the cooperative; * Monitor organizational climate to maintain employee satisfaction and consequent talent retention; * Provide support to employees; Identify technical and behavioral training needs in coordination with department managers; * Organize, support training sessions, and complete required administrative follow-ups; * Implement Corporate Education programs and manage activities on the e-Learning platform; * Request quotations from suppliers and third parties, negotiate terms, and contract companies for all planned training activities; * Develop and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to assigned and associated responsibilities; * Map and update tools and systems supporting continuous learning; * Plan, organize, and execute initiatives related to quality of life at work, climate management, and other related activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * Experience in recruitment, selection, and training. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of HR metrics is desirable. * Strong assertive communication skills, agility, and good interpersonal relationships. **Benefits:** Education Allowance, Internal Benefits, Pharmacy Benefit, Parking, Birthday Leave, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Profit-Sharing Program, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
