Opportunity to ensure data integrity within the system Internal Support Assistant Job Description: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with a process-focused mindset to support our internal operations. The **Internal Support Assistant** will serve as the right hand of the sales and customer service teams, ensuring data flows correctly through the system and that document-related processes are executed precisely. Responsibilities: * Update customer data, correct typographical errors in records, and ensure information integrity within the system. * Validate sales documentation and contracts (signatures and mandatory requirements), expediting the workflow for final approval. * Conduct technical feasibility checks and inquiries for new subscriptions, and register referrals for new customers generated from marketing campaigns. * Create Service Orders (SO) for address changes and equipment removals, and guide sales channels (retail stores, customer service centers, PAP) on proper system usage. * Manage the department’s email workflow by triaging messages to other departments and responding to low-complexity requests. * Organize routine data into spreadsheets for BI reporting and conduct customer satisfaction surveys (NPS/CSAT) directly with customers. Requirements: * Completed high school education (telecom experience is a plus). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for spreadsheet maintenance). * Proactive personality, strong written communication skills, and analytical ability. * Prior experience with management systems (ERP) or administrative support is highly valued.
