Marketing financial products and services Description: Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields (in progress or completed); * CPA-10 certification is desirable; * Prior experience in customer service or finance-related areas; * Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus. * Assist PF/PJ Relationship Managers in managing cooperative members, marketing, and formalizing products and services; * Provide support to cooperative members regarding alternative service channels, ATMs, mobile applications, etc.; * Maintain proactive communication with customers through various channels to ensure closeness and engagement; * Identify opportunities to attract new cooperative members and retain existing ones; * Assist PF/PJ Relationship Managers in conducting administrative collections and collection tracking; * Contact customers to follow up on internal processes and pending items; * Market products and services offered by the Cooperative; * Perform other duties compatible with this position. 2511130202461865942
