Monitor manufacturing processes such as boiler-making, machining, and welding within the production area. Analyze technical designs and specifications for manufacturing metal parts and equipment. Monitor production process performance and propose technical improvements. Prepare technical reports and track engineering performance indicators. Previous experience as Project Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Technical Coordinator, or Engineering Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
