At CPFL, you will find a solid environment to grow with confidence, security to advance, and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Junior Laboratory Technician** Where you will work: Piracicaba/SP Work model: 100% On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of the CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Technical education in Electroelectronics or Mechanical Engineering * Valid CFT (mandatory) * Knowledge of and ability to read mechanical test analysis (desirable) * Availability for frequent travel * Driver’s license category B required * Availability to work in Piracicaba/SP **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Conduct internal and external inspections of distribution, transmission, and generation materials; * Perform industrial supplier evaluations, quality assurance (QA), and approvals; * Conduct and supervise acceptance electrical and mechanical tests, as well as special or specific type tests; * Perform prototype analysis for approval; * Analyze technical drawings and applicable standards; * Receive and register samples in SAP ERP; * Issue technical reports regarding internal and external inspection data and compile reports; * Manage inspection and quality controls and indicators; * Issue non-conformance notifications and monitor suppliers’ responses; * Support folder file controls and update drawing files on computers, ensuring their availability for future consultation; * Monitor defect verification services on equipment, measuring transformation ratios to detect potential equipment defects; * Inspect transformers and forward them for disassembly, then install test windings and silicon steel plates, measuring low-voltage turns to perform no-load tests; * Conduct equipment tests using specific equipment according to technical standards; * Provide reports on equipment condition to support project/budget preparation by the Technical Unit; * Perform transformation ratio tests on equipment using appropriate instruments; * Monitor the preparation and verification of inventory materials to be used; * Follow work procedures, contributing to continuous process improvement. * Respect and comply with company-established safety regulations; know and control environmental aspects and impacts of your activities. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Daycare allowance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service offering psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision**.
