




Act as the highest reference in welding processes, performing critical and complex welds, validating technical standards, supporting team development, contributing to continuous process improvement, and ensuring excellence in quality and safety. * Perform high-complexity and technically responsible welding on components and structures requiring precision and mastery of different processes (MIG, TIG, stick electrode). * Standardize welding processes by proposing technical and operational improvements. * Validate welding procedures, tests, and non-destructive examinations (when applicable). * Conduct practical training and provide technical guidance to Junior, Mid-level, and Senior Welders. * Actively contribute to implementing productivity improvements and rework reduction. * Participate in technical meetings with Engineering and Quality teams, collaborating in non-conformance analysis and solution development. * Ensure team safety and compliance with regulations, especially in working at heights and confined spaces. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed High School. * Possess more than one technical course in Welding, Metallurgy, Mechanics, or related fields. **Working Conditions and Risks:** * **Schedule:** Monday through Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 (44 hours per week)
