Job Summary: Monitors civil construction projects and building maintenance services, performing site surveys, inspection, and material control, with emphasis on drawing interpretation and CAD. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings * Monitor the execution of civil construction projects and building maintenance services. * Conduct field surveys to prepare sketches and measurements. * Assist in inspecting compliance with construction schedules and safety regulations at job sites. * Control the receipt of construction materials and verify conformity with technical specifications. * **Knowledge:** Reading and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings, as well as CAD tools.
