Complete documentation required to begin activities, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) and Work Orders via SSA (Maintenance Software); 2\. Mark, signal, and lock out machines and equipment before performing tasks; 3\. Perform corrective, preventive, predictive, and/or overhaul maintenance on machines and equipment, including conventional systems, pneumatic systems, refrigeration, air supply and exhaust systems, lifting and conveying devices (ground and overhead); as well as automatic machines, conveyor assembly systems, three-dimensional measuring machines, CNC machines, welding robots, plasma pantographs, centrifugal pumps, and gear pumps; 4\. Interpret measurements from measuring instruments, manuals, and technical drawings; 5\. Disassemble, measure, and replace mechanical components or assemblies; 6\. Align, calibrate, and test machine operation; 7\. Instruct operators on causes of breakdowns and defects; 8\. Collect, complete, unclog, and lubricate machines and components per lubrication schedule; 9\. Request and specify materials and parts for procurement via SSA. 10\. Identify and propose improvements to reduce costs; 11\. Specify replacement parts using manufacturer or supplier catalogs across all factory areas; 12\. Participate in Total Productive Maintenance programs, proposing routines aimed at ensuring maximum equipment availability; 13\. Carry out tasks strictly following work instructions, procedures, and supervision from hierarchical superiors; 14\. Comply with company policies/procedures/standards related to work processes, quality management systems, environment, health, and safety; 15\. Maintain order, custody, and preservation of materials, equipment, tools, and documentation under your responsibility, and keep the workplace clean and organized; 16\. Occasionally perform other related or inherent tasks aligned with your work process and/or departmental procedures. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed High School and Technical Course in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. **EXPERIENCE: 2 years** **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Computer Skills (Office Suite) – Basic Basic Electrical Knowledge – Basic Machine Geometry & Scraping – Basic Shaft Cone Grinding – Basic Materials Mechanics – Intermediate Fits, Tolerances, and Bearing Preload – Intermediate Mechanical Assembly Alignment – Intermediate Machine Elements Knowledge – Intermediate Operation of Conventional and CNC Machines – Intermediate Interpretation and Analysis of Mechanical Drawings – Intermediate Interpretation and Analysis of Pneumatic Schematics – Intermediate Interpretation and Analysis of Hydraulic Schematics – Intermediate Use and Reading of Instrumentation – Intermediate Lubrication Application and Concepts – Advanced **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: NR-33** NR-35 CNH (Brazilian Driver’s License), minimum Category B **Behavioral Competencies:** Teamwork, logical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, risk perception, continuous improvement. *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Interested in this challenge and want to grow your career at Caterpillar?
