




Job Summary: Work as a Senior HR Process Analyst, responsible for general termination activities, monitoring employee offboardings, and ensuring process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Senior HR Process Analyst** to join the **CSC team** in **Piracicaba/SP**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Handling general termination-related activities; * Monitoring employee offboarding requests; * Verifying documents related to terminations; * Interfacing with internal departments to align processes; * Generating and ensuring delivery of mandatory documentation and offboarding kits; * Executing/verifying severance calculation routines according to current legislation; * Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with processes; * Recording information in internal systems and maintaining updated files. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience with termination processes; * Familiarity with SAP is a plus; * Availability to work in Piracicaba/SP on a fully in-person schedule during the standard workweek (44 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday), under a temporary contract expected to last six months. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply; you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application — completing this form and providing additional data, if required. * HR Interview — an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview — a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
