Job Summary:
Professional for general administrative activities, campaign support, conflict management, apprentice supervision, third-party control, supply management, and monthly financial closing of the unit.

**General Administrative Activities**
* Direct interface with the unit manager and administrative coordination of the Jandira factory.
* Organization and follow-up of local administrative processes, aligned with corporate managers.
* Support in corporate campaigns (Saint\-Gobain, P\&G), training sessions, and safety and health events.
* Coordination of internal surveys and adherence to deadlines set by the production coordinator.
* Support to employees regarding benefit plans, benefits administration, and communication with the labor union.
* Conflict management and relationship with the shop-floor team.
* Supervision of two young apprentices, providing guidance on projects and simple administrative tasks.
* Administrative control of third-party contractors (contracts and interface with supervisors from outsourced companies).
* Management of cleaning services and uniform distribution.
* Receiving and inspection of supplies and materials in the warehouse.
* Periodic inventory of parts, supplies, and products (sand).
* Monthly closing with mass balance and unit cost analysis.
* Verification of invoices and taxes (including VAT).
* Invoice entry into SAP and verification of accounting accounts.
* Monitoring of provisioned and allocated amounts.
* Responsibility for the unit’s monthly closing, with support from the manager.
* Preparation of managerial reports and periodic presentations for local and regional managers.
* Frequent use of Excel and PowerPoint for data consolidation and results communication.
* Coverage of colleagues’ vacation periods in the administrative area, assuming additional responsibilities.
* Support to industrial and automotive maintenance.
* Ensuring continuity of administrative operations during absences.
**Academic Requirements**
* Degree in **Business Administration**, **Accounting**, or related fields.
**Work Schedule Information**
* **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
**Work Format**
* **100% on-site.**
* Work location: Bofete, SP.
**Required Systems and Tools**
* SAP – basic proficiency required; training will be provided.
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – essential proficiency.
* Experience in preparing presentations and reports.
**Relevant Experience**
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
