Ensures organization, cleanliness, and safety of the work area **OPEN POSITION \| LOGISTICS OPERATOR I** **Location:** Rio das Pedras/SP **On-site position** **Benefits:** ✅ Meals provided on-site ✅ Meal Allowance (VA) ✅ Medical Assistance (AM) ✅ Chartered bus service **Main responsibilities:** * Assists senior operators in performing routine operational activities, adhering to safety parameters, managing available resources, complying with company policies and standards, acting ethically, and contributing to a positive work environment. * Performs material packaging and securing activities according to packaging criteria. * Supports the logistics department in loading materials within the production area, including: collecting identification slips for Service Orders of finished products to be loaded; assisting with attachment/detachment of lifting accessories; placing separation blocks between materials; etc. * Maintains care of the assigned work area and equipment, including cleaning, organizing, minor paint repairs as required by the 5S program, and maintaining workplace hygiene in accordance with established procedures and standards. * Complies with quality and occupational safety procedures by attending corporate lectures and training sessions, using appropriate PPE, handling raw materials and equipment properly, among others. * Guides and assists motorized vehicles entering and exiting factory gates, ensuring compliance with work instructions. * Conducts daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
