Job Summary: An industrial cook is responsible for preparing, plating, and finishing typical industrial kitchen dishes and products, ensuring quality and presentation. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and plating of dishes with emphasis on aesthetics and standardization The industrial cook is responsible for preparing, plating, and finishing typical industrial kitchen dishes and products, ensuring impeccable quality, flavor, and presentation. They work directly in the production of artisanal foods such as appetizers, specialty salads, cold cuts, cheeses, sauces, ready-to-eat meals, sandwiches, and other preparations that highlight fresh and selected ingredients. Sanitize, cut, and portion ingredients while maintaining food quality and preservation. Organize and maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation. Monitor ingredient inventory levels and report replenishment needs. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (good handling practices). Assist in developing new recipes and suggesting menu items. Plate and decorate dishes, emphasizing aesthetics and standardization. Support general kitchen organization and cleaning. * Experience and ability to lead a team; * Easy access to the Pinheiros region, São Paulo.
