We encourage people from various social groups to join our community so that, despite different origins and realities, we can nurture a shared ambition to dream big and become better professionals and human beings—for ourselves and for the world. **Your main responsibilities** * Plot projects using AutoCAD software, checking project revisions and scales; * Perform order scheduling and programming, entering positions, drawing numbers, and structural elements to generate Work Orders and delivery notes; * Conduct inventory, organization, and maintenance of files such as drawings, incident records, order registration, and delivery scheduling; * Export TQS files to TID software for verification, correcting any irregularities and releasing the delivery note; * Mark sections to assist less experienced schedulers in identifying areas to analyze and schedule, according to customer needs and planning; * Verify delivery notes in TID software after scheduling, analyzing them to correct any irregularities and ensure compliance with customer requirements; * Clarify doubts for the production team regarding complex parts, using the project provided by the customer; * Analyze the feasibility of implementing pre-assembled reinforcement, based on product and service solutions for the customer; * Monitor the status of unscheduled orders, checking service dates and reporting to superiors; Assist less experienced scheduling staff by answering questions and following the company's quality procedures. * **Minimum requirements** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Office suite; * Analytical skills and attention to detail; * Teamwork ability and good communication; Proactivity and organizational skills. * **It will be a plus if you have:** The following skills are not mandatory for this position but may differentiate you during the selection process: * Technical education in Construction, Industrial Drawing, Mechanical fields, or higher education in Administration, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of AutoCAD, DWG, and similar tools; Experience with data management software and ERP systems. * **Benefits** ArcelorMittal is a company that believes in your potential to become better every day—for the world and for your personal goals.
