Job Summary * Professional responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling industrial utilities systems in a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring continuous, safe, and compliant supply of essential services supporting production operations. Key Responsibilities * Operate and monitor industrial utilities systems, including water, clean steam, compressed air, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems. * Perform startups, shutdowns, operational adjustments, and monitoring of critical system parameters in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Monitor process variables (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow rate, levels, conductivity) to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory specifications. * Conduct routine inspections, operational checklists, and functional tests on utilities systems. * Identify operational deviations, alarms, and anomalies; perform initial corrective actions and escalate to the Maintenance team when required. * Maintain rigorous technical records of operations, incidents, and readings in computerized systems, ensuring traceability and data integrity. * Support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities by releasing equipment and overseeing interventions as required. * Comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements (ANVISA, MAPA, ISO), and occupational safety regulations (NRs). * Support internal and external audits by providing technical information and operational evidence upon request. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments, maintaining clear and effective technical communication. Desired Qualifications: Education * Completed high school education. * Technical training in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, or related fields is desirable. Experience * Proven experience as a utilities operator or in similar roles within an industrial environment. * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or other regulated industries.
