Responsibilities: * Fulfill the pre-scheduled customer service appointments, ensuring punctuality and effectiveness. * Ensure customer satisfaction through consultative service by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Keep work tools organized and in good condition, paying special attention to connectorization tools to prevent damage. * Properly use personal and collective protective equipment, ensuring one's own safety and that of customers. * Understand and apply quality indicators (IRR, IFI) in daily operations to drive continuous service improvement. * Actively participate in company-provided training and development programs to support professional growth and ongoing updates on new technologies and procedures.
