We are seeking a professional to work as a Junior Occupational Safety Technician, with a focus on accident prevention and promoting a safe working environment. Your primary mission will be to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize accident risks, guarantee compliance with current legislation, and contribute to the efficiency of departmental processes. **Responsibilities and duties** In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our company’s development and achieving sustainable results by promoting a safe and healthy workplace. Among your main activities are: * Advise employees on preventive safety measures at work; * Monitor emergency responses related to accidents involving employees and/or company property; * Conduct safety audits and inspections, as well as plan, monitor, and oversee these activities; * Develop educational initiatives in occupational safety through campaigns, courses, lectures, and integration programs; * Provide technical expert support in labor and civil litigation; * Support CIPA campaigns and activities; * Contribute to the preparation and updating of the Risk Management Plan (PGR) and other mandatory safety documents; * Manage Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs) and ensure submission of information to eSocial. **Requirements and qualifications** To succeed in this position, you should meet the following criteria: * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety and/or Higher Education degree; * Proven experience in the field; * Solid knowledge of current occupational safety legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Preferred: familiarity with the TOTVS Protheus system. **Additional information** Terraverde values the well-being of its employees and offers resources that promote health, development, and quality of life.
