We are looking for an **HR Analyst** with an analytical, creative, and proactive profile. We seek someone who does not merely execute tasks but possesses strategic capability to lead improvements and leverage technology (AI and design) to elevate our internal communication and processes. Here, you will have an active voice in decisions impacting company climate, culture, and results. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * **Structure and develop HR processes** from scratch or optimize existing ones. * Lead Competency-Based Recruitment and Selection processes with a focus on technical quality. * **Develop manuals, announcements, and dissemination materials** for employees using **Canva, Gama, and AI tools**. * Conduct **behavioral and performance profile analysis** using the **Solides** platform. * Implement and manage **feedback cycles** and Individual Development Plan (IDP) follow-up. * Identify training needs and structure development programs. * Manage departmental performance indicators (KPIs), proposing data-driven improvements. * Support job classification, compensation, and benefits management. * Ensure legal compliance and proper organization of employee records. ### **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Solid experience as an HR Analyst. * **Proficiency in the Solides platform** (with emphasis on data and profile analysis). * Skill in **Canva, Gama, and Artificial Intelligence tools** for internal content creation. * Experience applying feedback and structuring processes. * Strategic vision, technical autonomy, and excellent writing skills. * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in environments valuing agility and technological innovation. ### **Job Details:** * **Work Model:** On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). * **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 3\.500,00 (based on seniority). * **Benefits:** * Meal Ticket (R$ 29.00/day). * Day Off. * 10% coverage of Unimed health plan premium.
