Responsibilities Manage and update purchase requisitions and import entries in the internal system. Execute raw material import processes, ensuring alignment among suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments. Request and compare international quotations, analyzing prices in USD and EUR. Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of values, delivery deadlines, and commercial terms. Monitor delivery deadlines, performing proactive follow-up with foreign suppliers. Obtain and compare maritime and air freight quotations from freight forwarders and track shipment confirmation. Request and monitor foreign exchange scheduling with the Finance Department or partner banks. Track the logistics process: pickup, shipment, transit, and estimated arrival of cargo. Verify import documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificates, etc.). Send customs clearance instructions to the customs broker and monitor the entire nationalization process. Control and organize all documentation related to the import process. Perform verification and provide support for issuing the Entry Tax Invoice following nationalization.
