**Position: Senior Controller Analyst** **Contract type:** PJ **Location:** Piracicaba – SP **Salary:** To be negotiated **Working hours:** Monday to Friday – Business hours We are seeking a Senior Controller Analyst with strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision to support the company’s financial planning, control, and performance analysis. The role will directly involve budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. **Key Responsibilities** Prepare and monitor budget, forecast, and variance analyses. Control and analyze costs, expenses, and cost centers. Update and consolidate the monthly management income statement (DRE). Analyze management reconciliations, validate data, and support financial closing. Prepare management reports. Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes. Support financial organization across multiple CNPJs (if applicable). **✅ Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Proven experience in the Controller area. Solid knowledge of income statements (DRE), cash flow, budgeting, and costing. Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI / Data Studio). Familiarity with ERP systems. Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and clear communication. **✨ Preferred Qualifications** Experience in corporate groups or companies with multiple CNPJs.
