* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Service, Psychology, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in customer service and administrative routines;
* Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills for effective integration in a hospital environment;
* Ability to manage conflicts and work under pressure;
* Full availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays (on-call/rotating schedule);
* In-person and telephone customer service;
* Client registration in the hospital management system;
* Conflict mediation;
* Dashboard and patient wait time monitoring;
* Performance indicator analysis;
* Support during end-of-life care;
* Resolution of issues, complaints, or inquiries with the Clinical and Technical Directorates;
