We are looking for leadership-profile professionals to work in the **Logistics** area, in a dynamic, challenging operation with high growth potential. Position: Logistics Leader Location: SOC 18 - PIRACICABA **Responsibilities:** Responsible for leading and assigning tasks in logistics operations (supply, picking, verification, receiving, and shipping), monitoring the entire operational flow and ensuring compliance with internal standards and controls. Also responsible for performance indicator management, report preparation, participation in client meetings, team direction and engagement, attendance and performance monitoring, inventory participation, and implementation of continuous improvement action plans. **Requirements:** - Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; - Experience in operational routines and leadership of large teams; - Experience in process management through performance indicators; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; - Flexible availability (rotating shifts and alternate days off as required). **Available Shifts:** 5x2TUE-SAT 05:25-15:13 5x2TUE-SAT 13:55-23:30 6x1MON-SAT 22:00-05:25 **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Transportation Allowance or Swile mobility benefit (fuel allowance of R$ 440.00) * Meal Allowance of R$ 200.00 **Address:** Estrada Nossa Senhora da Conceição, 1000, 13.427-235 - Galpão 20 - Piracicaba/SP **Contract Type:** Temporary contract for 180 days, with strong possibility of permanent hiring.
