They must also evaluate, discuss, and resolve discrepancies identified during invoice analysis. * Identify logistical requirements related to ocean and air freight processes, coordinate with carriers to manage priorities for port and airport pickups—ensuring adherence to availability dates and avoiding demurrage and detention charges. * Provide support to other departmental analysts regarding transportation processes for supplier pickups both within and outside the state of São Paulo, always maintaining a holistic view of the end-to-end logistics process—from pickup through delivery and receipt. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (minimum 50% completed) in Business Administration or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Logistics and/or Transportation processes. **Language:** Intermediate English **Computer Skills:** Advanced Excel, Advanced BI, Intermediate Power Apps **Behavioral Competencies:** Effective Communication; Teamwork; Emotional Intelligence; Analytical Ability and Problem Solving; Negotiation; Planning and Organization. **Top Candidates Should Have:** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree **Language:** Upper-Intermediate English **Computer Skills:** Advanced Office 365 **Knowledge:** Familiarity with the MAMM system *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Interested in the challenge and ready to grow your career at Caterpillar?
