Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD) The professional will assist with general kitchen activities, contributing to meal preparation and organization while strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with food pre\-preparation, including ingredient washing, cutting, and sorting; * Support meal preparation according to instructions from the chef or responsible nutritionist; * Perform sanitation of utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas; * Assist with food organization and storage in accordance with food safety standards; * Support plating and meal distribution as needed; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow good food handling practices and occupational safety standards. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing elementary education; * Prior experience is not required but considered an advantage; * Commitment, organizational skills, and willingness to work in a team. **Note:** This position is also open to **persons with disabilities (PCD)**, promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
