Job Summary: The Training Intern will support the Training and Development (T&D) area in organizing, executing, and monitoring employee training and onboarding initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Develop skills in organization and communication The Training Intern will support the Training and Development (T\&D) area, contributing to the organization, execution, and monitoring of employee training, development, and onboarding initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Assist in identifying and organizing internal training needs. * Support logistics for in-person and/or online trainings (scheduling, attendance lists, materials, venues, and resources). * Assist in developing and updating training materials (presentations, handouts, announcements, and digital content). * Support the T\&D area in tracking training metrics (training hours, participation rates, reaction evaluations, etc.). * Assist in registering and updating trainings in management systems or control spreadsheets. * Support new employee onboarding programs. * Provide administrative support for T\&D area activities. Requirements * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Availability to intern according to the company’s established working hours. Preferred Qualifications * Interest in Training and Development or Human Resources. * Academic experience with projects, events, trainings, or presentations. * Basic knowledge of training platforms or e-learning systems.
