




**Store Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a committed, proactive, and customer-oriented **Store Operator** to serve our customers and assist with the store’s daily operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring store organization, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales operations. **Responsibilities** * Provide in-person customer service and advise on products and services; * Restock shelves, organizing merchandise according to the store layout; * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area; * Operate the cash register (when required), including opening and closing procedures; * Verify product expiration dates, pricing, and storage conditions; * Assist with unloading and inspecting incoming merchandise; * Support other store departments as needed. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Flexible availability for working hours; * Strong communication skills and customer focus; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in customer service or retail; * Experience operating cash registers; * Comfort working with performance targets. **Employment Type** CLT – On-site **Location** Piracicaba-SP Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 1,900.92 per month
