Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Alignment Technician to perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on suspension, braking, steering, and tire systems, ensuring workplace organization and excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for axle geometry and tire balancing 2. Performs diagnostics on passenger vehicles and general maintenance 3. Teamwork and customer service **We are looking for an Automotive Alignment Technician for (city):** **Reporting to the department manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting inspections and adjustments of axle geometry; evaluating tire wear and balance; * Performing tire inspections with focus on wear patterns; * Assessing the condition of control arm bushings, steering rack tie rod ends, and checking for excessive play in axle hubs; * Inspecting vehicle suspension/braking systems, alignment, and balancing using 3D equipment; * Familiarity with multiple vehicle brands; * Performing general greasing and lubrication as scheduled or upon request; * Diagnosing passenger vehicles, replacing parts, and servicing suspension, steering, brakes, balancing tires, changing tires, performing alignments, and camber adjustments; * Assisting in organizing the workplace, maintaining equipment and tools used in daily operations, and keeping the work area clean and orderly; * Complying with company safety regulations; * Communicating with the tire shop regarding tire replacements and mechanical issues, among other tasks; suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, cleaning/maintenance/repair of automotive air conditioning systems; * Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Performing other related duties as required by department needs. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or Technical Certification in Automotive Alignment; * Driver's license category B is a plus; * Experience in auto centers—this role focuses on alignment, not engine mechanics; * Training in 3D alignment is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate willingness to assist customers with any questions. **SALARY:** Market-competitive Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Transportation allowance
