Job Summary: Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst to work on automation, data analysis, and process optimization projects within direct-interface areas, developing BI solutions and ensuring governance. We are seeking a **Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst** to join our **Mobility** team in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Directly participate in automation, data analysis, and process improvement projects across direct-interface areas; * Develop BI solutions, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support decision-making; * Map, analyze, and optimize processes, proposing data-driven improvements based on continuous improvement methodologies; * Create, maintain, and enhance automations using Python, Power Automate, and other corporate tools; * Conduct diagnostics, requirements gathering, and validations with partner areas; * Ensure governance, documentation, and maintenance of developed solutions; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Power BI (modeling, DAX, ETL/Power Query); * Solid knowledge of **Python** for automation, analysis, and data integration; * Experience with Power Automate and/or other process automation tools; * Advanced Excel (functions, pivot tables, data analysis); * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma); * Experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes four main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and additional information, if required. * Intelligent Interview: In this stage, you will participate in an **AI-supported audio interview**, a technology that helps us make the process faster and more standardized.
