We are seeking a **Senior HR Process Analyst** to join the **CSC team** in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY:** * Execute and validate monthly payroll processing, vacation payments, 13th salary, terminations, and other related events; * Manage and deliver ancillary obligations, including: DIRF (where applicable), DCTFWeb, eSocial/FGTS, Income Tax Statements; * Conduct in-depth transmission, correction, and monitoring of eSocial events, covering: Periodic events (S-1200, S-1210, S-1250, etc.), Non-periodic events (S-2200, S-2299, S-2399, etc.), and Table events (S-1000, S-1010, S-1020, etc.); * Perform analyses and reconciliations of statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations; * Validate payroll items, tax applicability rules, and system configurations, with expertise in eSocial configuration rules; * Ensure data integrity in submissions to regulatory authorities, identifying inconsistencies and proposing corrections; * Drive continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing solutions to increase efficiency and mitigate operational risks; * Support internal and external audits by providing documents, reports, and technical justifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience with payroll processing and its implications (statutory contributions/eSocial); * Previous hands-on experience with eSocial submission, including rules, events, layouts, deadlines, and impacts on ancillary obligations; * In-depth knowledge of statutory contributions, taxes, tax applicability, labor legislation, and payroll processing tools; * Familiarity with interpreting legislation and translating regulatory norms into operational practices; * SAP knowledge is desirable; * Willingness to reside in Piracicaba/SP and work fully onsite during standard business hours (44 weekly hours across 5 days, Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion to further explain day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
