The primary objective is to rigorously qualify opportunities, ensuring only high-value, interested leads are passed on to the Account Executives team, strengthening the school's positioning within the agribusiness sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Responsibilities** **Prospecting and Identification** * Map the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in agribusiness, identifying companies, cooperatives, AgTechs, and financial institutions that would benefit from the school’s educational programs. * Generate prospecting lists using commercial intelligence strategies and technologies. * Conduct detailed research to identify decision-makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Supply Managers, etc.). **Outreach and Qualification** * Make first contact with new leads (Inbound or Outbound). * Drive engagement through cold calling, cold email, WhatsApp, and Social Selling (LinkedIn). * Tailor messaging to address specific pain points of agribusiness subsegments (e.g., risk management, ESG, Agriculture 4.0). * Execute the initial contact script, investigating lead characteristics and priorities (Understanding Needs – Pain Points). * Validate information (budget, authority, need, and timing of purchase) using qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT or SPIN). * Determine whether the prospect fits the school’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring high-quality leads for the sales team. * Understand and overcome initial objections from potential customers. **Follow-up and Scheduling** * Maintain lead engagement through follow-ups. * Schedule meetings or demonstrations between qualified leads and the Account Executive (Closer). * Generate interest and develop leads to provide more opportunities for the sales team. **Data Management and Collaboration** * Update the CRM and sales engagement software with details of all interactions and collected information, equipping the Closer with a complete history. * Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve the quality of generated leads by sharing insights on prospect behavior. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For (Hard Skills)** * Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering. In-depth knowledge of the agribusiness production chain (before, within, and after the farm gate), industry trends (AgTech, ESG, Agriculture 4.0), and key challenges (risk management, credit, logistics). * Experience in Pre-Sales. Knowledge of sales funnels and qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, GPCTBA/C). Inside Sales experience is desirable. * Ability to build prospecting lists, identify high-value contacts, and conduct effective Social Selling.
