Focused on innovation and quality, it serves various segments of the textile market. **What will you do in this role?:** Operate looms and monitor production according to quality standards and established targets. Feed looms with raffia, ensuring correct thread passage. Conduct visual inspections and perform adjustments throughout the process. Resolve thread breaks and ensure continuous machine operation. Report issues and collaborate with the maintenance team. Record production controls and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
