CORPORATE IT MANAGER

Description

Lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of Fadel's information technology areas, ensuring availability, security, scalability, and innovation aligned with business objectives. Responsible for transforming business demands into digital solutions that support growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the corporate plan and digital roadmap. * Manage teams across infrastructure, applications, development, information security, and support. * Ensure availability, performance, and resilience of critical systems (ERP, internal platforms). * Lead digital transformation, automation, and architecture modernization initiatives. * Implement and maintain information security policies, compliance, and risk management. * Manage the IT budget and optimize costs, negotiating with vendors and partners. * Prioritize requests from business units, delivering solutions focused on value and time-to-implementation. * Establish IT governance: incidents, changes, business continuity, and SLAs. * Develop talent, succession planning, and a high-performance culture within the area. * Measure and report performance metrics and project status to executives and the Board. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or related field; postgraduate studies/MBA preferred. * Experience in IT leadership. * Proven experience in digital transformation, cloud/on-premises infrastructure management, and cybersecurity. * Experience with Totvs (Protheus) and SAP B1 ERP systems. * Experience managing vendors, contracts, and significant budgets. * Fluent English. **Competencies and Skills:** * Strategic business vision combined with operational execution. * Situational leadership, team development, and results-oriented culture. * Strong prioritization and data-driven decision-making capabilities. * Clear communication with C-level executives and both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, API-based integrations, and data governance. * Mindset oriented toward agile delivery and continuous innovation. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Dental Plan, Health Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
